According to GameFan, it was \u201cquite possibly the greatest game ever made.\u201d Apart from winning the Game of the Year Award in 1997, it won several other honors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The brand new logos celebrate the success of the franchise and includes artwork from Tetsuya Nomura\u2014a video game artist on the \u201997 PlayStation release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/designbro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-6.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12342\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/finalfantasyvii\/status\/1488116427622174729?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1488116427622174729%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nintendolife.com%2Fnews%2F2022%2F02%2Fsquare-enix-reveals-final-fantasy-viis-25th-anniversary-logos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the logos appear in the <em>Final Fantasy<\/em> font, which beautifully complements the image of the three warriors. The three soldiers, Zack, Cloud, and Sephiroth, appear wrapped around in one of Sephiroth\u2019s wings and symbolize the warriors intertwining fate. The logo has been executed in black and white, which oozes sophistication and class. The color combination also adds an element of mystery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The old logo had an image of a falling meteor as one of the central elements of the design. The image has been replaced by the wings of Sephiroth, which symbolize freedom, wisdom, and fate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presence of Zack in the logo has confused some critics because he had a marginal role to play in <em>Final Fantasy VII<\/em>. However, the soldier&#8217;s heroics in other franchise-related series, including <em>Crisis Core \u2013 Final Fantasy VII<\/em>, could be the reason for his inclusion in the logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN | Announcement Teaser Trailer\" width=\"1170\" height=\"658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/no-MCGxZcsQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this week, Tetsuya Nomura informed the fans that projects related to <em>Final Fantasy VII <\/em>would be announced this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd there will be even more FFVII that started up after the remake coming in future too,\u201d wrote Nomura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe team sees this 25<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary as a waypoint on our journey with FFVII, and will continue pressing ahead to even greater things, so please keep supporting us going forward.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Nomura\u2019s statements indicate spin-off games or remakes of the Final Fantasy VII franchise, it is left to be seen if they would be as elaborate as the 25<sup>th<\/sup>-anniversary celebration of <em>Resident Evil <\/em>last year.
