The 165-year-old financial institution wants to target new and younger customers through its rebranding efforts along with reflecting its evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019re redefining next-generation banking and how we collaborate with customers on their financial wellbeing,\u201d said James J. McQuade, President and CEO. \u201cThis rebranding effort was the result of an extensive look at our valued, established customers as well as our newer, younger customers. We redesigned our brand with a more modern look, reflecting what Dollar Bank means to customers, employees, and the communities we serve today.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The new logo which highlights the \u201cDo\u201d in the Dollar Bank and the new tagline \u201cLet\u2019s get you there\u201d will appear at all Dollar Bank locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia starting this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financial institution\u2019s rebranding campaign consists of print, broadcast, online and social media. The campaign also highlights the bank\u2019s varied group of customers engaged in starting a business or buying a home among other endeavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleveland.com\/business\/2021\/04\/dollar-bank-unveils-new-logo-and-rebranding-as-it-looks-to-its-next-generation-of-customers.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Cleveland.com report (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Cleveland.com report<\/a>, a Dollar Bank spokesperson informed that the bank will continue to work and invest in helpful causes when it comes to fostering equity and inclusion. From helping people with affordable banking and credit to helping almost 3,500 families get a home, Dollar Bank has always been at the forefront of causes that aims to uplift people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnd what that does is that gets them to our homebuyer program, where we teach about credit, we teach about banking, mortgages,\u201d the Dollar Bank spokesperson said. \u201cIt\u2019s a 1-on-1 counseling program which gets the participants ready to buy a home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cOur extensive research shows that younger customers in particular value the guidance and help they receive at Dollar Bank. Whether it\u2019s advice about savings, buying a home or starting a new business, Dollar Bank employees go above and beyond to help customers on their path to financial well-being,\u201d said McQuade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to make their website more effective, responsive and intuitive, Dollar Bank is rebuilding their website which will be ready for launch in May.
