Established in the ancient city of Osh, Gustoso Coffee is a brand that promotes and celebrates independence and the naturalness of life. The coffee brand teamed with Brandten, a Bishkek-based design agency, to create the packaging design for their latest venture.
“The intention was to expand the potential of coffee and convey it to professionals and enthusiasts by transforming the sector, creating opportunities and providing an extra dose of adrenaline to people’s lives, all by separating specialty coffee from complex rituals and bringing the brand an approach of dynamism, movement and attitude. to make it happen!”
Brandten maintained a minimalist approach while creating the packaging design for the coffee brand. The design house expanded the company’s first letter, “g,” to convey the essence of the brand. Furthermore, the letter was creatively used to inform the customers about the varieties of coffee offered by the company.
“The brand needed to have a universal visual identity that could be applied consistently across multiple coffee packages. And, in general, physical and digital media and lifestyle products with pleasing aesthetic appeal and non-advertising communication. This flexible language allowed the brand to use different materials through messages and graphics.”
