The hypothesis being people want control over their time and space and where they work should support this balance.

William & Reeves Commercial Real Estate

We primarily do brokerage and leasing on commercial properties (office, industrial, flex space, retail, large multifamily, 1031 exchanges, with our main focus being on industrial (warehouse and production facilities... visit our website to get an idea of what our typical availabilities are - wrcre.com)). We also do some residential purchases and sales for people we develop a relationship with when working on a commercial property, and with family friends. We tend to do a lot more research than most leasing/ brokerage firms, especially when working with a client to strategize and analyze deals. Deane, the Principal/ owner is a captain on the local fire department, and his father was chief at another town, so that's where the red in the original logo design is rooted from. Deane is my dad and I want to help get our marketing a bit more current / be more comparable to our competition (i.e. modernize a bit) while still retaining some of the traditional elements/ feeling of integrity/ clean lines that Deane likes.

Legacy Real Estate

Real estate and property management; this will be one of 3 companies: real estate, Legacy property management and Legacy builders. Since we are dealing with several areas of real estate, I'm leaning towards my slogan being "building legacies one property at a time". I have been in real estate 14 years and would like to be seen as knowledgeable, experienced, professional and caring.
